My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, but the massage shower was broken, and the air-conditioning needed fixing. Despite the noise from outside and other rooms, the room was clean and well-equipped. The service was exceptional with helpful staff offering free parking right outside the hotel and providing useful recommendations. The location was convenient, although there was some noise at night from nearby establishments. The dining experience was good, but there were occasional delays in replenishing certain food items. The facilities were adequate, offering a range of services.
